Colette and Kimberly presented a paper on will drafting, including the application of the Trusts Act 2019 to wills, and ways that will drafters can protect themselves against later challenges.

Greg chaired a half-day forum where he, Colette, Kimberly and Sharee discussed the interface between Trusts and the PRA, including the obligations of trustees when relationships commence and during separation, and how to properly protect trusts and trustees when preparing contracting out agreements and other documentation under the Property (Relationships) Act 1976.
